Vodka Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 cup butter flavored crisco
1 tsp. appropriate extract or spice
3 Tbs. vodka
Place flour, salt, and sugar in food processor with cutting blade.  Add butter and crisco and flavoring.  Pulse until mealy texture.  Remove to mixing bowl.  Add three Tbs. of cold vodka and stir with fork until it forms a ball.  Roll out and place in pie plate.  Blind bake for cooked crust or fill with desired filling and bake according to recipe directions.
