Curried Chicken Salad |
cooked chicken |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tsp. curry powder |
Chop chicken into small bite-size pieces. Add onion and celery. Mix mayo with curry powder and add to chicken. Chill 2-4 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh bread, in a melon round, or stuffed in sweet baby peppers. |
