Sauerkraut Meatballs

2 lbs. Ground beef
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup crushed bread crumbs or croutons
3 eggs

Sauce
1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
1 bottle water
1 cup brown sugar
1 can (14-16 oz) sauerkraut, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce

 

Directions:  Mix together hamburger, crumbs, soup mix, and eggs.  Shape into meatballs and place raw meatballs in a 9 X 13 pan.  Mix sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer for 10 minutes.  Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 ½ hours.  Check to see if done and enjoy.
