peanut bars

1 large jar Planters Dry Roasted peanuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large package miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. peanut butter chips
3 Tbs. butter

Butter to grease cake pan

Generously grease a 9 X 13 cake pan.  Place half the peanuts on the bottom.  In a microwave safe container, combine peanut butter chips and butter.  Nuke for 2 minutes.  Stir.  If not completely melted, nuke for 30 seconds longer.  Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until blended.  Place marshmallows in a large bowl.  Cover with peanut butter mixture and stir until well covered.  Spoon over layer of peanuts and press down (I wet my hands first!).  Sprinkle remaining peanuts over the top and press into mixture.  Allow to cool before cutting.
