From the soon to be released Breakfast--a self help book. . .
|1 cup powdered sugar|
|1 tsp. corn starch|
|1 pkg. French Vanilla Cake Mix (or white!)|
|6 Tbs. melted butter (cooled)|
|1 tsp. almond flavoring|
|Green food color|
|Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly combine powdered sugar and cornstarch. Place in a shallow bowl. Melt butter and allow to cool. Mix in eggs, almond flavoring and green food color. Add to cake mix and stir until thoroughly blended. Using two spoons (or a small ice cream scoop) drop an walnut size amount of batter into the powdered sugar mixture. Roll around until covered, form into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Do not crowd. Continue until all batter is covered and sheeted. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and then remove to a cooling rack.|
