Duplicate Bridge Christmas Recipes
Thanks for letting me play last night!!!! It was a hoot (even the hand with NO! points.) Below are the links to the recipes. If you have any trouble, just e me and I'll see what I can do. Merry Christmas, and remember you are loved! Hugs, b and c
Just click on the link--it will take you to the recipe!
Mushroom Tarts--Instead of the pie dough, I made bread tarts--1 loaf of sandwich bread and a 2 1/2" round cookie cutter--Cut a circle from each slice (saving the rest for dressing at a later date!). Spray mini muffin tins with vegetable spray and place the bread circle in the cup, making sure it covers the bottom and sides. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Will store nicely in a plastic bag until needed.
Rye party puffs--we made a full batch of the puffs and half a batch of filling! In fact, I made these twice. Do not make them ahead--they don't hold well.
Fiesta crab dip--I'm not a fan of ripe olives, so you may have noticed they were missing! I did add some red and green peppers for color!
Surprising Carrot Cake--with cream cheese frosting!
Enjoy, and thanks again for a great evening! Hugs, bz
