Peanut Bars

1 large jar dry roasted peanuts 
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. peanut butter chips 
3 Tbs. butter 
1 can sweetened condensed milk 

 

Directions:

Generously butter a 9X12 cake pan.  Sprinkle half the nuts into the pan.  In microwave, melt chips and butter for 2 minutes.  Add sweetened condensed milk and blend.  Pour over marshmallows and stir to coat.  Press marshmallow mixture onto peanuts.  Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.  Refrigerate for 4-24 hours and serve.
