From the soon to be released Breakfast--a self help book. . .

Pineapple Dip

2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 Tbs. seasoning salt

Soften cream cheese.  Mix all ingredients in bowl. Chill. 

When firm, roll in parsley and chopped pecans
